Trail maintenance on the path trail along the Hudson River in New Jersey. Pick up trash, trim protruding branches, etc. Tool will be provided by trip leaders. Light

Starts at the parking lot between the
Lake; will hike slowly for compose to take pictures along the way. If time permits, will drive to other pretty spots in the Park before sunset when the lighting condition is at the best. Point-and-shoot cameras are
ok but SLR or dSLR cameras and tripods are highly recommended. Some lectures cover the subjects of camera types (point-and-shoot vs. SLR), white balance, depth-of-the-field, selection of lenses, digital file format
(JPEG vs. RAW) etc.

Black Ash Mt. Parker Cabin Mt. & Tom Jones Mt. cross Rt.106 continue on RD Red. Ramapo-Dunderberg until reaching AT. Than follow AT until meets LP(blue) to Lemon Squeezer. Return White Bar all the way back to
parking lot. Expect lots of up & down hills in the morning, climbing 2 steep hills in the afternoon changing to a gentle pace. Experienced hikers only!

begin the hike at Ele Pen, the popular AT parking lot at the foot of Island/Green Pond mountain. Follow AT and hike all the way to Bear Mountain inn or further, the total mileage of the trip will be around 18-20
miles. You must be physically fit to hike 8-10 miles per day with a load at least 25-30 lbs. Please contact leaders for details and the required equipments

for 400 feet.
